This is combined with a leadership background (at Director level) overseeing and developing multiple teams within a broad scope of functional coverage.

From a recruitment perspective, Gareth specialises with a focus towards accountancy & finance and financial services sectors and this client-base is complemented with a network of top-tier and sector-specific talent spanning international markets. This experience is mirrored-by a knowledge and insight to the broad cross-section of organisations and diversity of workforce that is ever-apparent within the regional GCC market.

Having grown-up, schooled and worked in the UAE since 2004, Gareth has an insightful, tailored and culturally-astute knowledge of the business and recruitment nuances associated with the UAE and the broader region.
